Slow Wine Tourism

In the winery the prominence are the clay jars, it is our most valuable heritage.
They allow us to work with other criteria and obtain kind and sweet wines;at the same time as powerful and complex, tasty and easy to drink, just like food cooked in a clay pot.

In the elaboration, we stand out for making wines “only from grapes”, without processes that denature it and without additives that "make them up"; it gives us identity and authentic origin.

In our quiet visits and tastings, we teach it with a simple language and didactic spirit.
We even offer meals and also accommodation in La Venta de las Estrellas.

Wine tasting

  • Visit with wine tasting, every day, from monday to sunday, at 12:00h. There is a tour of the winery and tasting of 3 wines with paired tapas. 6 wines if you come as a couple.
  • Visit with tasting and food,only on saturdays. After the visit and tasting, we prolong the atmosphere of the family winery with great regional meals washed down with rich wines.
  • Accommodation with visit and tasting followed by food. Either for groups, in the Tempranillo and Airén houses, or in pairs in the double rooms with bathroom. In our agrotourism of the vineyard estate El Conuco (3km from Valdepeñas), you will have the opportunity of a complete immersive experience.

It has been our first visit to a wine cellar and I would risk saying that it has been and will be the best we do!! Nova, the gentleman who guides the visit and tasting, is simply the ultimate! Explaining in detail and with a 100% language for all levels in an incredible way, I get to remember those teachers of the good ones I had in my childhood! We left with a good knowledge base, hehe.

Authentic family winery where they use a traditional method in the elaboration of wines, which are very good. We also stayed to eat in the cellar, typical regional recipes, i recommend that you stay, it is impressive! We will repeat.

The tasting is also very good, there are 3 wines per person (which are really 6 with your partner, they are different from each other) and some tapas that together with an order and simple indications will leave you, never better said, a great taste in the mouth.
